My first time to love a ramen. Sakto lang ang anghang. And I love their Kuchay prok dumplings and their Oolong tea. :)

Tried it for the first time at Kapitolyo since I've been avoiding the long qeue in the first branch located at Maginhawa. HITS reasonably priced Right balance of flavors Option to personalize your bowl Pair your ramen with Kuchay Dumplings!! It's open until 3am for your hangover recovery MISS Limited parking slots

Good bowl of hot soup. Very popular in evening, usually long lines. Better during lunch. Only a few vegetarian options.

So happy I could find a yummy Hong Kong noodle place with an affordable price Love that they offer their spicy noodles in different levels. I'm really good with spicy food but I'm even afraid to try their level4 burn but I usually try the 2nd degree burn because of the extreme spiciness :) Their best seller is the schezuan seafood flavor with egg noodles. The bowl is very sizable :) great value for money for something at p200 pesos. Paired this with kutchay dumpling and black vinegar :)

Our new noodle house haven!!! For just 205php you'll get to create your own noodles soup: Choose your toppings (all veggie, chicken, pork seafood), Choose your broth (Asam Laksa, Szechuan, Classic), Choose your noodles (egg noodles, wheat noodles) and Choose your burn (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree or Ultimate Burn). What we had: Seafood toppings, Asam Laksa Broth, Egg noodles, Ultimate Burn We enjoyed the noodles soup even though we chose Ultimate Burn! They don't scrimp the ingredients, has generous servings, and the staff was friendly. Will come back for more! Prices exclusive of service charge

I've read lots of reviews about this restaurant, mostly positive. And since I was craving for hot noodles last Sunday night, I decided to try this out. From what I've read online, I should've already expected the long lines. When we arrived, we were indeed 9th in line. Waiting time took 30-40 minutes. Not bad considering that seating capacity was very limited. I got the beef Szechuan egg noodles in 1st degree burn (mildest option) since I noticed that it was their bestseller. Serving time was fast and staff were efficient. Very satisfied with their noodles and the best part was that pricing was very reasonable. Broth was tasty, beef was tender, and noodles were great.

Some decades back, chefs are in-charge of the kitchen preparing good food for us to enjoy. Everything is a fixed recipe. But nowadays, we can choose what we want to eat and the flavors used. A fun concept, where everybody is happy. Caution Hot specializes in spicy hot Chinese noodle soups. One can the toppings (vegetarian, beef, pork, and seafood), soup (classic non-spicy, Szechuan, and Laksa), and noodles (egg or wheat noodles). Aside from that, you can choose the level of spiciness of your soup. Normally, the problem with these kinds of customizations is that sometimes when you mix the wrong ingredients together, it doesn't turn out the way it should. But at Caution Hot, this is not a problem. All their base ingredients taste so good that however you mix it, it will still taste good. The broth is flavorful. You will know that they use real bones and have been simmering for long periods of time. The Szechuan flavor, they use Szechuan peppercorns instead of chili oil, which gave a subtle spiciness yet deep in flavor. All soups are topped with a fried egg, which I find a little bit off because it became a different entity and separated from the soup's flavor. I ordered a Classic, Pork and Wheat Noodle Soup. The soup was really flavorful and the noodles firm and chewy. The pork used was asado and it was weird. I would prefer it to be served separately. Plus, the asado was too fatty. I heard the beef version was good though. We also ordered kuchay and pork dumplings. I did not like it as the filling tasted like pork meatball wrapped in dumpling wrapper. There is no fineness from the ground pork. They also serve soya milk, and have unlimited version too. I find the milk too watery and loaded with sugar. An ok drink but not something I would drink a lot. Overall, a good and cheap place to eat, with each bowl pricing at P150+.

I admit, I'm a noodle nut. Even if I'm served a disgusting bowl of soggy ramen, I'd still eat it--and enjoy it immensely. My bias aside, Caution Hot serves fantastic noodles. You can expect consistently firm noodles here. While the broth isn't flavorful, there are enough toppings to keep eating interesting. A word of caution: the soup is indeed HOT. They're not kidding around. Level 2 is too spicy for most people; Level 3 was spicy enough to make me pass out.

With the arrival of Manila's ramen craze, you really need to step up your game if you want to set your noodle soup restaurant apart from the many restaurants that offer the trademark Japanese slurpalicious treat. So when Caution Hot opened on Magiting street, a few steps away from Maginhawa, offering Chinese noodle soup, I had to try and see if it's just another noodle soup ramen wannabe. PROS: You can personalize your Chinese noodle soup with your choice of toppings, broth, noodles, and burn level. They offer sides and coolers/drinks as well. My personal favorite would be the beef-Szechuan-egg noodles combo, with a mere first degree burn. I love spicy food, but I think I can appreciate the taste better if I don't need a fire extinguisher for my tongue for every spoonful. CONS: It would always be filled with people inside, so even if I've eaten their noodles several times, I always had it to go and never ate in their restaurant yet. But the big bowls and metal chopsticks look appealing so maybe I'll eat inside soon. TL;DR: Take caution in delving into Caution Hot's Chinese noodles because you will definitely get addicted.

I was walking in Teacher's Village one late afternoon, trying to find a good place to have dinner before a big event, when I stumbled across Caution Hot Spicy Noodle House at the common intersection of the street of Magiting and Maginhawa. As a lover of all things spicy with a rumbling tummy, I decided to ignore the "Caution" and try out the place. Their menu was mainly (you guessed it) noodles, with a couple of side dishes of dumplings, and a handful of drinks. The spiciness of the noodle ranged from an aptly titled "1st Degree Burn" to the "Ultimate Burn" 3 levels up. (Foreboding!) I ordered an all-veggie bowl - topped with silk tofu, mushrooms, some greens, and veggie meat - with egg noodles, and the spices set to a relatively safe 2nd degree burn. And voila! Insta-favorite. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was spicy yet not overpowering, and the toppings gave the perfect compliment! I paid P150 for a bowl that can feed 2 and a half of me or one really hungry guy, and P75 for their oolong milk tea (to counter the spices). Not bad! I'll be sure to try out their beef and pork bowls next time, and mix and match the soup flavors. And of course, see if I can take the next tier of spiciness!
